Fabrico developed the management platform for Möt Studios, the Milan-based fitness boutique, transforming the management of Studios and Classes into a seamless, automated, and always-connected experience. The App and Website then made it possible to centralize all activities within a single, efficient digital ecosystem.

Modular Backoffice Panel

The modular Admin Panel with customizable tabular interfaces at Möt Studios enables data export, advanced filtering, and granular permission management. Thanks to its division into sections — clients, classes, products, transactions, notifications, media, and FAQs — it offers an intuitive and flexible internal management experience.

Additionally, it was designed with dedicated listing, editing, and creation pages.

Wallet and Credits System - Integrated Payments with AdE

The development of the digital Wallet system enabled the management of user-purchased packages and credits, including usage rules, expiration, extensions, and sharing with other users.

The system is fully integrated with the Italian Revenue Agency and the payment provider MultiSafepay. This ensures that receipts and invoices within the user’s payment flow are handled automatically and securely, resulting in smooth, safe, and frictionless accounting management.

KPI Dashboard and Analytics

The development included the creation of an advanced reporting section to analyze data on bookings, revenue, class occupancy rates, user attendance, trainer performance, and overall economic value.

This tool transforms data into strategic insights and operational decisions, streamlining the entire analysis process.

Automatic Notifications and Communications

An automated notification system was developed for every stage of the user flow: registration, booking, cancellation, reminders, package expiration, and pre-booking requests.

It’s an intelligent communication system that accompanies users through every step of their experience, making it simple and enjoyable.

Technological Challenges

The main technical challenge of the project involved redesigning the entire system while taking existing data into account. A complete migration to a new database structure was required, ensuring full backward compatibility with historical data while simultaneously optimizing the models and introducing new functionalities.
Another layer of complexity was the development of an advanced role-management system, including hidden roles, conditional permissions, and integration with external systems. The application needed to dynamically adapt to a set of internal criteria to enable or restrict functions, views, and operational logic.
The challenge was to design a modular and highly configurable architecture capable of correctly orchestrating the interactions between roles, access rules, and operational workflows—without introducing unpredictable behavior.
