Our Engagement Platform was developed through years of collaboration with loyalty agencies, and is designed to efficiently manage multiple campaigns across various clients. Its architecture is built for scalability, supporting multi-server front-end configurations—particularly useful in high-participation contest scenarios.

The main features

Fabrico’s Engagement Platform includes a robust points accumulation system that allows users to earn points across various activities.
The system is designed to meticulously track all events, enabling point assignment for actions such as logins, welcome bonuses, quiz or contest participation, and other measurable interactions.

Additionally, the platform provides APIs that allow Clients to import points directly from external sources, such as their e-commerce or ERP systems.

The platform also supports prize contest management, with a wide range of contest logic options, including “Guaranteed Prize”, “Rush & Win”, and “Instant Win”.

A complete loyalty platform must offer engagement and gamification tools to increase user interaction, which is also essential for gathering valuable segmentation data.
Quizzes and games not only stimulate user interest but can also serve as access gates to contests or special rewards.

Our Platform includes built-in game mechanics such as Memory, Flip the Card, Scratch & Win, and Quizzes, and can be customized with additional gamified experiences.

The heart of the engagement system is its central catalog, which can be populated manually, via CSV upload, or integrated directly with third-party platforms or the Client’s management system.
This integration enables full automation of inventory, order, and shipment management.

The system also offers advanced features like pricing management, product markups, currency conversion rates, and much more.
